| Heather and I went shopping for scrapbook stuff today. She is working on starting one.. It all started the day I was cleaning out the house and found a little note to my mom that said "Please buy me a scrapbook!" It had this cute little picture on it. I think it was that day or the next that I found one at office depot for two bucks. Normally they are ten or fifteen and thats for the crummy ones. This was pretty with pressed flowers and handmade paper all over it. There was one left and I was just for Heather. :=)
So today was our day to get her started with pretty paper and stickers and ribbons to decorate it with. We had fun, we got gummie bears and skittles. Gummies are a new addiction, they started with stinkin strongbad. See the episode "bedtime story" for "Suudsu" recipe.
I am greatful for my family. No they are not normal, nothing about us is normal, but I love them. I don't think I would be nearly as crazy as I am without them. (Um... good thing?)

I have been putting out fires... in my soul and elsewhere. My heart is shaking. I feel like there is an earthquake happening right now. I need the peace of God. I love change and I love the future because I know God is in it. There is still however, the human part of me that irrationally sees doom around the corner. Why are we so dual in our nature?
Someone asked me how we know we have a soul. Other than what the Bible says, I'm not sure how to answer. Any ideas?

| I locked my keys in my car twice in the last three days. Yeah. The lockout guy from my roadside service now knows me by name. Really. I think God caused me to lock them in my car the first time so that I would have a chance to witness to someone at Starbucks.
I had been praying for an opportunity, somone who really would take the time to have a convesation about God, I just didn't think it would happen that way Isn't that so like Him?
He was super Athiest, center of my own world, there are no absolutes and that sort of thing. I think that God really wants this guy, otherwise He would not go so far out of his way to make that conversation happen. Pray for him as he will be asking God to show himself. Pray that his ears will be opened to our Lord, our Mighty and Loving GOD.

| Day before Thanksgiving! It's a good day.... even though I spilled coffee all over my white pants. grr
So i had this little problem today, I am in charge of making Thanksgiving dinner... complete with pies and turkey but I have no oven. I have always had an oven. Every Holliday I usually spend six hours in front of one. I am not sure what to do here... pre-baked turkey? How do we heat it up again tomorrow? Are pies from the grocery store worthy?
This year I will forsake home-made for store-bought. Next thing you know I'll be buying a fake Christmas tree! ::gasp:: Look out Charley Brown!
